Below Unit 1

Since I´ve got a Job in Vienna I´m using Photoshop now every day so I thought about sharing some stuff I´m doing atm. I own none of those images I justed threw some together and edited them. Also I often did not follow the tutorial since I got my own ideas often when I saw the images and the beginning of the idea.

Problems I had : Never used Water/any self added texture before.
Get complettly ride of the Logo on the shark.
Perspective of the Cat
My opionen of the end piece : I don´t like it,because: Perspective, Water flowing direction not realsitice
and logo on shark.

Problems I had : 0 since I did the tutorial version before.
My opionen of the end piece : I prefere that one most, I like the colours used, the rain gives it a nice effect and the lighting was sucessful. |<<

Problems I had : X followed completly the tut..
My opionen of the end piece : >|<

Problems I had : A big problem was getting the ear soretet out. Finding similar face Picture .
My opionen of the end piece : Its not completly done yet but I really like how you are able to let someone get 50 years older in a short time since CS has a really nice option for that.

Didn´t finish that one it was just copy pasting smoke and little bit of Liquify.

Problems I had : Worked the first time probably with the sponge tool took me some time
My opionen of the end piece : Love it, love how I did the light effecte and the street itself with that colour looks just mint. (Followed tut)

Not done yet, just started today on that one, was a tutorial do.

First homepage layout I made myself, as you can see just the front page of Wiki remade.

Created the homepage on the left.

A tutorial I followed to creat the light effect and I also created the door itself with the tutorial. Gave me some ideas how to work with light.

Homepage I created from scratch.

PS Work

Once again, I do not own any of those images I just followed tutorials to learn effects etc.
Also as you can see I didn´t really organize the levels since it was just to learn and I´m pretty lazy :).

Influence Map

A map of images which influence me.

King-Cat Comic

Before editing ;

Ideas, Drwaings, Experiments

Ideas:
My first idea was to make a whole book with one animation per picture, which always changes each site but always includes something of the previous site. Some sort of flip book.

The second idea I had was to do some sort of mono-print  full of old school game images.

The Idea I'm hanging on with is to make some sort of poster full of Images mostly game images where you have to look in-deep to actually see/understand what is going on. I will draw the images per hand and scan them into photoshop and make my final piece in photoshop.

Research into similar stuff:
The book which inspirited me to do the messy picture is warzzle vision. I emailed Nick Robertson with some questions, as example how he started with graphic design, what skills you need to create something such as he did, etc.
His work which inspirited me : Warzzle Vision Page3 (click)
Some other artist I looked at is Marc Boutavant, Flet Foxes, etc. . Some Examples for those artists:
Marc Boutavant (click)  and Fleet Foxes (click)

Risky Experiments :
The experiment I did was using mono-print. I learned pretty much of it, such as that when you write something and print it its the other way round.
Examples:

Drawings:
The following drawings I drew and will be included in my final piece (not edited yet)

Unit Evaluation will be included after exam.
